Engineering
New Eagle engineers our ECUs using best-in-class design rules. We provide a fully validated product to our customers that is tested for robustness and functionality. New Eagle will provide documentation on full design failure mode and effects analyses (DFMEAs), process failure mode and effects analyses (PFMEAs), and the safety case as part of the production program deliverables. We do concurrent engineering and manufacturing work upfront to ensure the manufacturability of our products.
Program Management
We bring complete program management to production programs through a well-documented program management process specifically designed for electronics technology. We use advanced product quality planning (APQP) guidelines and quality management systems to provide flawless product launches to our customers.
Manufacturing
New Eagle provides volume production ECUS to our customers. This is achieved through our manufacturing capabilities on our surface mount technology (SMT) line, selective solder stations and final ECU assembly stations. To support quality and safety during manufacturing, New Eagle implements all quality checks on each station followed by 100 percent final testing with our end-of-line tester.
Logistics
We’ve been managing supply chains for over a decade and can help you manage your part supplies, so you can get quality-tested products delivered when and where you need them.

Functional safety and cybersecurity are integral to our products and processes. Our ISO-fluent engineers ensure that your project meets your safety requirements, as well as ISO standards. Our hardware is ASIL-D capable of complying with ISO 26262 and designed to meet ISO 21434 cybersecurity standards.
